All current CMD employees are time served, fully trained, and hold all the relevant licenses/certificates to drive any plant machinery, work on the highways, and operate any power tools within the desired environment.

Health and safety is paramount for everybody at Cefn Mawr Driveway, we do our utmost to make sure everybody goes to work safely and returns home to there families safely. We ensure before every job commences that every employee has the exact knowledge of the job, wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment, and have the correct kits onboard the works van to deal with any accident or spillage that might happen in the workplace. Competence is a word we use a lot and will always send the right person to the correct job. We also have weekly toolbox talks to ensure everybody in or team is up to date with health and safety or if they personally have any issues they can speak vocally and we as a team will all work to rectify any issues and put the right safety procedures in place to make sure we always maintain a safe workforce.     

Whether it be contracting or private work we offer a wide range of tarmacking capabilities. Our highly experienced and fully trained team can adapt to both hand and machine laying of tarmac. We have experience completing jobs such as footpaths, driveways, carriageways, track work, patching, fault work, defects and over banding to name a few. We confidently work with all types of tarmac aggregates from 6 millimeter to 20 millimeter.
